This is my favorite Starbucks ever I literally drive more to come to this specific one. the line is ALWAYS fast! Never ever have I gotten an order wrong, the staff is always happy and nice to me and idk I just love this Starbucks they make me happy they deserve 10 stars!
I ordered the same drink but in two different sizes. They’re two different colors. I always order a tall shaken espresso with oat milk but for some reason it’s dark. This tells me they didn’t add much milk or added more espresso, either way the drink is wrong and it’s upsetting. These drinks aren’t cheap. The other Starbucks on Conway and 495 is better.
I have gone multiple times and they never get my order correct, I ask for oat milk blonde expresó and for some reason they keep giving me regular milk with regular expresó. The service is good but 3 times they have messed up my order and I go back and tell them it is in correct … manager advised they probably did mess it up as they are still learning…. The first time I can happen but 3 times ….. never going back again 🥲
